Remaining balances must be paid 1 week before your wedding date. This can be paid via bank transfer or cash.
Trial Appointments
Bridal trials are highly recommended and should take place around 4-12 weeks before the wedding.
Please book your trial on my booking system on my website.
Trial fees are Non-refundable once booked and separate from the wedding day balance.
Any changes to your desired look should be discussed after your trial to ensure proper planning for the wedding day.
Cancellations & Changes
Cancellations must be made in email.
If the booking is cancelled less than 2 week before the wedding date, the full balance will still be due.
If you are needing to change the date of your wedding, this must be in email and done at least 6 months before your original wedding date - I will transfer your deposit to your new date. If less than 6 months notice is given, a new deposit will be needed for your new date.
In the unlikely event that I need to cancel due to illness or emergency, all payments including booking fees will be fully refunded, and I will do my best to help arrange for an alternative artist if required.
